This information helps us assess your suitability for job opportunities and provide tailored recruitment support.
- Account information for Employers: The information you provide when creating an employer account or engaging our services, including your company name, billing details and NZBN, the name, email, and phone number of a primary contact, and secondary contact We also collect job listing details and any relevant business information to assist with recruitment services and communication.
- Information related to the services acquired via the Website: The information Employers and jobseekers provide relating to the jobs advertised on the Website.
- Site Activity: We will automatically collect the following information about your use of the Website:
- technical information, including: the IP address used to connect your computer to the internet; browser type and version; and time zone setting;
- information, including the full URL; clickstream to, through and from the Website that you viewed.
- Communications: When you sign up for an account, you are opting in to receive certain legal and administrative emails from us, which are necessary for the provision of our service. You may also choose to sign up to receive certain marketing or additional emails. You can manage your preferences in terms of receipt of these communications through your account settings. You cannot, however, opt out of receiving certain legal or administrative notices from us.

Signed licence forms and other sensitive verification documents are only accepted through encrypted online forms. These documents are then stored in password-protected cloud storage, with access limited to authorised recruitment and verification staff only. We do not accept licence forms or sensitive documents via email to ensure your information remains protected at all times.
The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. We will do our best to protect your personal data, however, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the website; any transmission is at your own risk.
Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
