April Competition - Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

NZ Truck Driving Jobs ("the Promoter").

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to licensed truck drivers living in New Zealand who are aged 18 years or over. A valid New Zealand residential address must be provided for prize delivery. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of NZ Truck Driving Jobs or its partners are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

The competition begins at 5:00 pm on 1 April 2025 and ends at 11:59 pm on 30 April 2025. Late entries will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

Create a free jobseeker account on the NZ Truck Driving Jobs website during the competition period. Once your account is activated, you will be automatically entered into the draw. Only verified and approved accounts will be eligible.

5. Prize

The winner will receive:

• NZ$250 cash (paid via bank transfer)

• 2 x Huski Short Tumblers (sponsored by Huski)

The cash prize is provided by NZ Truck Driving Jobs. The tumblers are supplied by Huski. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no alternative will be offered.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One winner will be randomly drawn at 5:00 pm on 4 May 2025. They will be contacted by phone using the number provided at registration. If contact cannot be made within 7 days, or the prize is not claimed, a new winner may be drawn.

7. Claiming the Prize

To receive the cash prize, the winner must provide a valid deposit slip or bank verification document. The funds will be transferred within 5 working days. The tumblers will be couriered to a New Zealand address within 10 working days.

8. Liability and Disclaimer

NZ Truck Driving Jobs is not responsible for incomplete entries, technical issues, or any event outside of its control. We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition at any time.

9. Publicity

By entering, you agree that if you win, your name and general location may be used in promotional materials, including social media and newsletters.

10. Privacy

Your information will be used only for this competition, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
